Hiring Reality Report is coming soon.
The report format is being tightened before it takes live briefs. If you want to be notified when recruiter submissions open, email hello@techwaymark.com with the role you have in mind.
When submissions reopen, this page will accept one brief per report: role title, location, salary band, work pattern, what is not working, and the full job description. The output is a written diagnosis of why the seat keeps failing and what to change in the brief.
In the meantime you can read the public sample diagnosis and the recruiters overview.
How your information is handled
No briefs are accepted through this page while the report is in preparation. Any email you send is handled directly, not stored automatically.
